Technical errors

I’ve never had an issue with this site always been very friendly etc, never had a problem depositing, never really had a decent win either though, i withdrew on Sunday, given the alloted time frame off within 48hrs we are well over that and it still says in process, normally wouldn’t be concerned however I’ve been given the same automated response about technical errors that some have been given for 3 weeks or more?
