Loved this site until I won twice… they holding winnings till I’m verified again! And again!!! Been with them ages and funnily never ask for verification when I was spending money. Sent 8/9 emails to cust service and only recently got a reply .. still my withdrawal not through. What a shame they have let themselves down and a customer as well ..naughty 🤬 got a reply which was just standard and didn’t address the problems. After now 11 emails 4 pictures of documents requested 2 of passport 4 of my bank cards fully shown with my private numbers and lots more they are def withholding winnings now it’s with gambling Commission. Yawn…. same standard reply……. not a person answering these reviews…… shows their attitude. Boring now.
