Yes it's a scam. They promise you a welcome bonus but it will never arrive. They say the email might arrive in the junk folder. I retrieved the rest of thier emails from the junk folder but the welcome bonus to entice you will never happen. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

Never ever go there unless you want to lose all your money. Tables are rigged. Pit boss table - majority of cards are 10 so you have no chance to win against the dealer- player somehow gets one low card then always a 10, no chance to win! Gambling commision should investigate it!
